OUR PRODUCTS
The superior quality of our "hand crafted" smoked salmon begins from selecting only the very finest
of Atlantic Salmon found in the waters surrounding the Outer Hebrides Islands of Scotland. Once we
have selected your fish we then proceed to carefully remove the bones and clean each fillet. Then we
bury each side with a blend of fresh herbs, sea salt and brown sugar for over twenty-four hours. Our
family "secret" recipe has been handed down from generation to generation and produces a texture perfect
to take our natural smoke. Each fillet is carefully placed in our smoker where they are smoked over
smoldering natural wood chips until our distinct flavor develops. The Salmon sides are painstakingly
hand trimmed and very thinly sliced ready to eat. Finally using modern-day vacuum packing technology
we are able to seal in our "smoke house freshness" so you can share in our experience anywhere in the world.
